I decided to roleplay this one character since he’s my favorite and I feel I could identify with him the most. When I found out there were many other people roleplaying as the same character I chose, and how they do a much better job at playing the character than me, I’ve felt that there’s no room for another one and have considered deleting my character RP account and choose a less popular character to play.
I play a character with a physical/mental disorder. Sometimes I feel I’m not playing this condition well enough. Or feel I’m insulting the people who actually have the disorder.
I find it really hard to convey characters’ emotions, even though I pay attention to details and the little things. I think that’s why I haven’t quite gotten to that ‘suitable roleplayer’ stage yet.
My character is also played by a few other people and most of the time I dont feel like I live up to expectations
I love rp-ing big, muscular men.
But I always feel bad rp-ing them because of how powerful they are.
There ought to be more roleplayers for book characters. I play Marvin from The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, and it gets a bit lonely without the other characters.
Sometimes I feel like I’m ruining the character I play, or that I’m just not playing them well enough, but I can’t just start over.
